Processing/Shipping

SHIPPING

We use USPS Priority Shipping. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) after confirmation order is shipped it takes 2-3 business days to be delivered. 

TRACKING

Customer will receive tracking information via email when the label is created.

EXPRESS SHIPPING 

We use USPS Priority Express Shipping. If your order is place before 12:00 pm Eastern Time order will be shipped out the same day and receive order 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12 pm Eastern Time will ship out next business day and will receive order the day after that.

Priority - 2-3 Business Days 

Express - 1-2 Business Day 

Shipping is normally 2-3 business days (Not including Weekends & Holidays) , please allow 1-2 business days for processing. If a sale is going on please be aware that it may take 5-7 business days before you receive your item(s). Express orders are always sent out as scheduled. 

~ Please make sure to use a valid mailing & email address when placing your order . 

~ All orders placed after 3 p.m eastern time, will be considered next day orders.

~S2S Fashion is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package has been delivered to you and you have not received it for some unfortunate reason. You must address this issues with USPS (United States Postal Service) at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777). Any lost,stolen or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
